1. We breed on a VERY LIMITED basis
2. We breed ONLY to suit OUR desire to move our breeding program forward ,NOT to produce puppies for buyers
3. We DO NOT breed because we have XX number of reservations
4. We place puppies with paid reservation holders only ~ no reservation no puppy
5. We take only a limited number of reservations
6. All puppies/dogs are sold on written contracts
7. All puppies/dogs placed as Family Companions will be placed on a written spay/neuter contract ~ NO EXCEPTIONS

We evaluate puppies as they grow, we make preliminary determination of Show Potential & Pet Prospects at 6 weeks of age & make FINAL determination at 8-10+ weeks old.

As on our written Reservation agreement , If no puppy is available from the current litter it is the clients responsibility to keep in contact with breeders as to upcoming breedings/litters this can be done by checking our website for future breeding plans, calling or E-mailing us.

NOTE: Lack of contact exceeding 6 months will forfeit your “place in line” & may jeopardize your receiving a puppy regardless of having a reservation in with us .

As of 1/2006 ~ We will no longer contact current reservation holders, you MUST contact us ~ if we do not hear from you before the time of the puppies are 4 weeks old we move to the next reservation holder.

The non-refundable reservation amount is $300.00 For Pet & $500.00 for Show Potential.
